Booking Policies

2 night minimum stay

We have introduced a 2 night minimum stay in all our B&B rooms over the weekend, apart from Vale View.

Based on availability, 1 night bookings are occasionally made available online, please see our booking calendar or give us a call.

Single room rates

Rates for a single occupancy are priced with a £20.00 discount per night. Please adjust guest number to 1 when booking online.

Extra person rates

Some of our rooms can accommodate an extra person on a pull-out sofa bed or day bed charged at £30.00 per night. Please adjust guest number to 3 when booking online.

Children

Children under 9 years of age cannot be accommodated in the guest house, but are welcome in the self-catering apartments.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the main house, however we do accept pets in our outside rooms (Rose How 2, 3 and 4 and Yewtrees 2) and in all self-catering apartments.

We kindly ask that pets are kept off the soft furnishings.

Electric vehicle charging point

We now have one electric vehicle charging point available for our guests to use during their stay.

Guests can charge their cars for £5 for a 2 hours charge (7.2kWh). Charging tokens can be purchased at reception.

Please bring your own charging cable.

Booking terms for B&B

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required at the time of the booking.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.

Check-out is before 11:00 AM.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

VAT at the current rate is included.

Prices valid until March 2024.

Cancellation policy for B&B

In the event of cancellation within 14 days of your arrival date your deposit is non-transferrable. For cancellations within 24 hours of your arrival, the cost of the first night's stay will also be charged.

We respectfully ask that guests have the appropriate travel insurance as no exceptions will be made in the event of cancellation or curtailment of a booking.

Self Catering Booking

Booking terms for self-catering apartments

A non-refundable deposit of 100.00 is required at the time of a booking.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.

Check-out is before 11:00 AM.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

VAT at the current rate is included.

Prices valid until March 2024.

Cancellation policy for self-catering apartments

In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks of arrival and up to 10 days before the stay half the full amount is payable. Any cancellation within the last 10 days the full amount is due.
